Course Aims
This intensive course is designed to give an introduction to ACT! 4.0, Symantec's business contact manager for the Windows environment. This course will give readers a good understanding of recording their contacts, maintaining a contact history, communicating via a range of media, scheduling their activities and producing reports.
Assumed Knowledge
A basic understanding of PCs and familiarity with and use of, a keyboard, mouse and MS Windows is required, gained from previous experience or by attendance on a "Windows 95/98/NT User Introduction" course.
